Amanda Moore is the owner of a very special kitten.

Maggie is a two and a half month old Highlander. Highlanders are a fairly new breed, maybe only ten years old.

The things that set Highlanders apart from other breeds are the short tails, curled ears, and that they can get rather large in size. They also act more like dogs than other cat breeds do.

Amanda said that Maggie is a very playful and crazy kitten. Maggie is said to be indifferent towards Amanda’s dogs. She actually scares the dogs, or so Amanda says. 

Maggie is known to love all people. She will purr even when just looked at.

Amanda says that the things that make Maggie so special are the fact that she looks like a goblin and is absolutely adorable.

Amanda says, “I wasn’t necessarily looking for a rare breed of cat. I just saw her picture and new that she was meant to be a part of my family.”

Maggie mostly eats cat food but has been known to eat dog food from time to time.
